My client is looking for an Android Developer to join their team working for a client in the Financial Services sector.
Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience in developing android applications.
- Java/Kotlin Proficiency: Strong command of Kotlin programming languages for Android development with Jetpack Compose.
- Android SDK: Deep understanding of Android SDK and Android Studio for developing mobile applications.
- UI/UX Design: Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces following Android design guidelines.
- API Integration: Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and handling data in mobile applications.
- Testing and Debugging: Expertise in using tools like Espresso, JUnit, and Android Debug Bridge (ADB) for testing and debugging Android apps.
- Good understanding of security standards and best practice.
- Experienced in software development life cycle releases.
- Experience in bitbucket, GitLab.
- Skills in managing multiple projects at once and adapting to changing priorities.
- Assisting with systems integrations.
- Flexible to learn new technology to provide application support.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams.
- Confident knowledge about industry best practice libraries.
- Well verse with Agile Methodology - Scrum ceremonies.
