Our client, a leader in their industry, based west of Glasgow are currently recruiting for a role in 2nd Line Support Engineer. The role will require the successful candidate to provide 1st class service to internal users across the company. You will be providing support with both software and hardware support, configuring and providing IT support across the company's infrastructure estate.
To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in the following:
- 1st to 2nd line support
- Administration of O365
- Active Directory
- Windows 7-10
- Windows Server 2012-19
- VMware
- Network administration/troubleshooting
- Azure (desirable)
This role would be 100% onsite for the duration of the contract.
