Role
- We experience a 'Merged Identity' issue when the identities for more than one individual are linked together. This then leads to the data from separate individuals displaying under one profile. There are numerous reasons this can arise.
- To fix such issues, the current client Level 2 team apply a data fix to resolve the underlying issue and split the individuals apart. This is done with direction from the XXXX as to which identity belongs to which individual. Identity Operations (IDOps) are currently the client-side team responsible with providing this direction before a final approval is provided by the Common Services Data Platform (CSDP) approval prior to actioning."
Experience required
- "Excellent problem solving, teamwork skills and strong collaborative skill
- Eagerness to learn and interest in developing and delivering leading edge technologies and working in high-pressure scenarios.
- Understanding of data tools such as; Postman, graph visualisation software.
- An understanding of Business processes around enrolments and immigration history would be a big bonus ."
