Talent Manager
Experis are currently hiring a Talent Manager for a central government department. The successful contractor will help deliver fit for purpose cross-government talent schemes.
This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension. The role is hybrid with the choice of base location from: London/Bristol/Manchester.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Stakeholder management and communications
- Project management experience - working to deadlines, managing multiple priorities.
- Be a strong and proactive communicator able to manage large amounts of complex information
- Confident in using data to evaluate the impact and inform decision making
- Competent in Excel
- A background in HR, ideally experience in developing and implementing talent development programmes and/or talent management strategies
- Early talent strategy experience (how to grow the number of graduates/apprentices taken on by organisations)
- Events management experience
- Administration - inbox management, document production and management
