SQL Server SME
We are currently working with a leading technology firm that are looking for a SQL Service Expert who will support all their enterprise clients in assisting in migrations, Support and BAU.
As a frontline technical resources for their customers and partners you will support via phone, email, or web. You will deliver unique value by collaboratively and reactively solving customer problems, providing proactive support advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements, and creating self-help assets to broadly reach more customers. From problem identification to full resolution, you will own and manage the customer experience over the phone and Web.
Requirements:
- Able to administer, support, maintain and document demanding complex SQL environments.
- Working with SQL 2012, 2014, 2016 & 2019
- Microsoft certifications in data platform or Azure technologies
- Experience troubleshooting distributed solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting MySQL, Postgre SQL
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work under pressure.
