- Deliver a ServiceNow CMDB and Asset register from existing ServiceNow artefacts that enables auditable updates and that is consumable by internal Service Teams.
- Create New Service Hierarchy of Service Offerings and Catalogue in Portal (design available)
- Apps Support/Infrastructure - re-alignment of processes across ServiceNow instances/design eBonding/integration points
- Bulk Knowledge Article upload to Employee Centre facilitation
- Service Offering Creation/Amendment/Deletion as prescribed
- Implement/Adapt Request Fulfilment Approvals process
- Experience in administering ServiceNow Platform
- Scripting - JavaScript, Angular/Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Jelly
- Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Advanced communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of relational databases concepts
- Experienced in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
- Experience in ITOM
