Service Desk Team Lead opportunity - Permanent

Due to exciting growth, our esteemed client are seeking an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst/Team Lead to manage a team in their thriving IT Support team who provide essential 1st and 2nd line desktop support across a variety of hardware and software applications.

These roles will require flexible working and remote working options are open for discussion.

Keys skills and experience required;

  • Previous experience in a senior or team lead role within desktop support/tech support/service desk function
  • Be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, encourage and inspire team members
  • Ensure team are performing to best of their ability
  • Proven Service Desk analyst in your own right - be able to effectively troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions quickly
  • Experienced with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
