Senior Financial Planning Analyst
Contract until the 30/12/2022

Day rate up to £284.63 per day Via Umbrella
Role Overview:
Currently we are looking for a motivated and open minded Senior Financial Planning Analyst in the UK, who will join us in the process of improving our forecasting & reporting excellence and also support the UK team on the journey to become the leading data driven organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Business Support Centre colleagues and other cross-functional teams to support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management
- Devise new measures and metrics designed to give greater insight into how the business is performing
- Assist in maintaining an effective internal control environment, compliance with GAAP and corporate policies, recommending controls by identifying problems
- Support Finance Leadership with process improvement, policy development and strategic initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accountant with minimum of 2 years of FP&A experience
- Fluent in English (proficiency level) and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills a must; SAP or Power BI would be beneficial
- A high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently on simultaneous assignments
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the importance of driving performance
- An ability to conclude insightful observations from detail for management attention
