Rate: £500 - £670 per day depending on experience Umbrella only (inside IR35)

Role purpose / summary
The Analytics and Insights team is a key part of the wider CTO organisation and is responsible for driving DevOps transformation through our Data, Analytics, Insight and Practices. The successful candidate will join the team as a specialist focused on primarily owning and delivering insight reports on key analytics across the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the relationship with at least 2 global businesses and / or functions and writing insight reports in partnership
- Owning at least one section of the State of DevSecOps report across all reports
- Actively identifying and owning new opportunities to highlight key metrics across the bank
- Building data models to deliver insights into how we can improve as a bank
Essential skills required:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- An ability to collaborate with relevant technical and non-technical colleagues to constructively, and without judgment, facilitate free flow of knowledge
- Deep hands-on understanding of DevSecOps delivery / transformation
- Ability to take complex analytics and turn them into easy to consume insight through simple story telling
- Data Modelling & Visualization including ETL
- BI / Analytics
- Aptitude to learn and quickly pick up new technologies when required
- Comfortable working in rapidly changing and ambiguous situations
