Required Experience
- Lead Project Management experience
- High degree of test experience and testing phases
- Proven track record in the delivery of projects requiring the creation of large project teams with multiple elements on a cross discipline and/or multi supplier basis.
- Demonstrable experience of managing small to medium sized cross-discipline teams and will work closely with Technical Delivery Leads / external contractors / suppliers / consultants to ensure the delivery of all the E2E elements.
- Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information. Solution will typically require some re-planning and resource elements, potentially generating bespoke adaptations during the execution phase of the project
- Knowledge of Agile is advantageous, being open to new ideas and ways of working is crucial.
