Resource Planning Manager

- Managing a team of 3/4 to undertake resource planning, call forecasting for operational customer services across a number of different business lines
- In house and outsourced teams, total of 400 FTE (operational customer services colleagues)
- Key stakeholder relationship manager skills
- High level of budgetary control and understanding
- Operated at senior leadership level (will be part of senior customer operations leadership team)
- Detailed understanding of customer services operations in a regulatory environment including complaints, collections / recoveries and customer services
- People skills management
- MI reporting expertise and business analysis would be useful
