The location of the role is London / remote working.

The pay rate on offer is £150 - £200 per day.

The client is a large, multinational high-street retailer.

Summary

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing the very brightest talent, utilizing direct sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn searching. You will be recruiting for the client's Clothing & Home divisions, so experience recruiting across Buying and Merchandising would be advantageous.

Accountabilities include:

  • Uploading adverts onto our ATS , delivering quality candidate shortlists to hiring managers through an efficient screening process
  • Taking role briefs and implementing appropriate and cost-effective candidate sourcing methods
  • Exploitation of all available systems to deliver a modern candidate experience; a simple & efficient hiring manager journey and cost savings through direct sourcing techniques
  • Develop talent pipelines, proactively using social media and networking to ensure a continuous flow of qualified, high quality candidates
  • Managing candidates effectively through the process and ensuring a great candidate experience, from application through to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Relationship management to increase employer brand and improve candidate engagement

Key skills:

  • Previous experience of working within both agency and a fast-paced internal recruitment role - ideally with experience of recruiting across Buying and Merchandising
  • Relationship Management - establishing, sustaining and leveraging strong, on-going customer relationships
  • Communication - effective internal and external communication, negotiation and supportive feedback skills
  • Business savvy - understand the commercial imperative and being able to turn it into action
  • Resilient in approach and able to influence across business area to deliver the most effective solution
  • Experience and knowledge of e-recruitment practices and recruitment technology including Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM & Social channels - experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Knowledge of business and external recruitment policies and practices
