Job Overview
- Programme Manager with Banking and Security experience - needs to have undertaken Programme Management roles, not a Project Manager or Snr Project Manager
- Needs to have worked in Security projects and must have Identity & Access Management (IAM) project experience.
- Banking Programme Management
- Managing global teams - UK, US and India
- Excellent stakeholder communication & ability to engage at all levels of the organisation -senior executive downwards.
- I will not consider people who have done lots of small duration roles - need to see some longevity in the roles
