Title: Programme Manager
Location: Hybrid- Can be based out of London, Durham, Glasgow or Lytham

Experis are currently on the lookout for a Programme Manager to join one of our Public Service clients
Role Responsibilities
- A recognised PPM practitioner level qualification e.g. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) practitioner, PRINCE2 practitioner, Association of Project Management practitioner or equivalent experience
- Experience in Programme management and in Project management within the public sector or Financial Services.
- Experience of working in an outsource environment - as client and/or supplier.
- Experience in delivering Change managing multiple 3rd parties
- Experience of managing and delivering Portfolios containing multiple concurrent initiatives, including a wide raging diversity of Projects
- Experience of managing programme budgets in excess of £20M and individual project budgets in excess of £5M
- Experience in Project/Programme Assurance
- Experience of managing Programmes and Projects in accordance with relevant public sector standards, including IPA, OGC and OJEU
- Experience working with other public sector organisations or Commercial experience in financial services
- Advanced knowledge and skills in PPM techniques and methods
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review, challenge and utilise data
- Risk & Issues management: experienced in effective identification, assessment and management of Programme and Project risks and issues in accordance with Government guidelines and best practices
