Job Summary: As a Graduate Security Consultant & Penetration Tester, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in identifying, mitigating, and managing security risks. Working closely with our senior security consultants, you will receive mentorship, access to training, and development opportunities to accelerate your growth in the cybersecurity industry.
Key Tasks:
- Security Assessments: Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans on client systems, networks, and applications.
- Penetration Testing: Participate in penetration testing exercises to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in client systems, with guidance and supervision.
- Risk Analysis: Analyze security risks and provide recommendations to clients for improving their security posture.
- Incident Response: Assist in incident response activities and incident handling procedures.
- Research and Learning: Continuously enhance your knowledge of cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to contribute to the team's effectiveness.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate records are maintained.
Applicant Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in and understanding of computers, cybersecurity, Capture The Flag (CTFs), or programming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding and experience in software development, cybersecurity, and web applications.
- Any relevant certifications or internships in the field of cybersecurity will be a plus but are not mandatory.
