Media Systems and Reporting Executive

Salary: Competitive + bens

Location: London E14 (Hybrid working 1-2 days office)

Type: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours

The Media Systems & Reporting Executive is key to providing the business with access to external recruitment media channels, driving best practice and reporting on usage and effectiveness of these platforms. Reporting to the Head of Media Planning and Delivery this role will involve working in close partnership with external suppliers, internal support teams and external suppliers.

A role for a junior to mid-level media professional who has:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills with advanced Excel experience
  • Experience working in a marketing/media agency or with a media provider preferred
  • An understanding of LinkedIn, Broadbean and job boards would be ideal.
  • Proven experience working on multiple dashboards with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Analytical with the ability to analyse data and manage quotas/contracts
  • Ability to form strong and effective working relationships with people at all levels across the organisation and with external suppliers
  • Experimental and keen to challenge the norm and implement efficiencies in process and reporting
  • Ability to present to internal stakeholders and provide clear and accurate reports and analysis
  • Team player with ability to stand alone
  • Confident, resourceful with a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment where challenge is the norm and issues widely varied
