Role Summary:
To provide administrative and creative support to the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team on the delivery of monthly campaigns and internal projects.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Executing marketing campaigns from conception to production by working closely with the marketing manager
- Work with external agencies to deliver and optimise agreed activity across channels.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure that campaigns are consistent across channels, and provide support to the Print Studio Manager, Digital Design Manager and TV Creative Manager
- Contribute ideas and assist team members
- Collaborate with the wider marketing teams, including monthly campaigns for TV/Photography
- Assist in the production of creative briefs and campaign planner documents
- Assist in support new marketing and business development opportunities by supporting the Marketing Manager deliver the marketing strategy
- Coordinate with compliance to make sure all marketing meet requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar marketing or agency role
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Great relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Passion for the elements of the marketing mix
- Great time management
- A genuine interest in both on and offline adverting
- A great team player
- A professional knowledge of the role of TV, Print and Digital

Additional Information:
The core hours will be 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. The occasional work outside these hours may be required, however, you will be compensated time by being given lieu.
Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
