Learning Manager
Experis are currently hiring a Learning Manager for a central government client. Our client has offices in London/Manchester/Bristol and operates a hybrid-working pattern.
As a Learning Manager for our client you will:
- Run all aspects of the delivery of courses
- Schedule courses & coordinate facilitators/educators and cohorts
- Coordinate delivery of external partner courses
- Manage queries and communication with users
- Create and share evaluation surveys and present the data back to the senior manager
- Collaborate with comms professionals on advertising for courses
- Communicate with stakeholders to advertise the courses
- Support the operations and delivery senior manager with other projects as and when necessary
The successful contract will need to have experience in:
- Background in scheduling and administering L&D courses.
- Excellent customer/user handling skills;
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions and handle conflict.
- Problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
- Ability to generate new and innovative approaches to problems.
- Isn't bound by the status quo and ability to work effectively across boundaries and with external suppliers.
