Our client is currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line) to join their Scotland team on an initial 3 month contract. As an experienced IT support professional, you will be working across the full infrastructure estate across a number of locations. The role will be supporting a relatively small user-base, working with the wider IT team and escalated issues. A large part of this role will be supporting the business with IT security and working closely with 3rd party vendors.
To be successful, you will have experience with the following:
- Experience working IT Security
- Systems and Infrastructure Administration
- Experience managing 3rd party technical relationships
- LAN/WAN
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Hyper-V virtualisation
- Microsoft 365
- Citrix
The role will be a mix of remote and onsite. With a number of locations, this would suit candidates based across the Central Belt. The role will be inside IR35 and therefore will require the use of an approved Umbrella company.
