As the Head of IT Security your responsibilities will be central to safeguarding the security and regulatory compliance of our client's IT infrastructure and operations. You'll spearhead initiatives to shield our systems and data against cyber threats, all the while upholding standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Security Essentials Plus. This position demands a strategic outlook, profound technical proficiency, and a proactive stance in efficiently overseeing security and compliance obligations.
Qualifications:
- Extensive background in senior leadership within IT security and compliance
- ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Security Essentials Plus criteria
- Thorough grasp of security tools, technologies, and methodologies, alongside adeptness in navigating regulatory mandates and industry benchmarks.
- Outstanding aptitude in leadership, communication, and interpersonal relations, enabling effective collaboration and influence across diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred possession of pertinent certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar credentials
