Role Overview:
In this position, candidates will be dedicated to testing an unreleased game. Testers can expect to receive a series of tasks to work through on a daily cadence based on individual needs of the project ranging from functional testing to localization testing. Having knowledge of Tournament Games, e-commerce or mobile device testing would be helpful, but not required for this position.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Execute test cases, directed testing, and test scenarios
- Identify and isolate bugs to a repeatable series of events
- Query database for existing bugs in the title
- Report bugs and verify fixes
- Identify and communicate any work blockers or limiters encountered daily
- Software deployment on PC and mobile devices
- Tracking and reporting of day-to-day activities
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Self-starter, anticipates problems, takes proactive actions and communicates resolutions
- An aptitude for testing and a passion for making software enjoyable and easy to use
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
