The Opportunity:

As a Digital Security Consulting Executive Consultant, you'll play a leading role in defining and delivering Cyber Security, Risk, Resilience, Privacy and Information Management solutions for our clients. We are looking for experienced senior consultants with a broad portfolio of skills and experience rather than deep expertise in a single specialism.

Technical skills - Significant experience and knowledge of assessing, designing and implementing capabilities and solutions in most or all of our Core Subjects:

  • Cyber Security Management & Assurance
  • Security Strategy and Solutions
  • Operational Risk and Business Resilience
  • Data Privacy and Protection
  • Information Assurance

Our Executive Consultants are expected to act as SMEs, to provide leadership and authority in proposing, developing and delivering our services to our clients and to our colleagues.

Skills we'd like:

  • Significant experience and understanding of programme and project leadership and delivery in a range of different business environments and market verticals
  • Extensive understanding of the legislation and International Standards relating to the Core Subjects, especially if you have implemented or made some contribution to the development of these
  • Certification in one or more Security disciplines such as CISSP, CISA etc
  • Understanding and experience of working with Cloud technologies and solutions
  • Previous experience of leading engagements and managing delivery teams
  • Working in globally distributed workforce environments, including offshore models
  • Significant experience in the provision of technology solutions to transform business
  • Identifying and integrating digital solutions into an organisation`s strategy, vision, and aspirations
  • Deep awareness and insight into current and developing market and industry trends, and their potential impact on our clients
  • Commercial and business management experience, including resource management, costing, budgeting and reporting

Your day-to-day responsibilities are likely to include:

  • Leading the delivery of consultancy and advice direct to clients on assignments
  • Managing client engagements and taking responsibility for delivery, customer management and commercial performance
  • Management and mentoring of junior consultants
  • Driving our business development by leading or providing expert contribution to Bids/Proposals/Propositions or Offerings
  • Identify, develop and realise new business opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, our business partners and other business areas
  • Maintain and promote detailed awareness and understanding of current and future developments in business models and technology evolution that will change or disrupt existing business activities

Our Practice supports clients throughout the UK&I and works closely with our colleagues in the Northern Europe and Asia Pacific regions to support international clients. Candidates need to be fully flexible and ready to travel to and operate from client sites, and must be eligible for, or already possess, UK SC clearance.
