Be the lead support for the Change and Adoption Lead
· A key contributor to the vision and benefits case of the Transformation project
· Seen as a leader in driving the project and employee experience principles
· Responsible for leading detailed end-to-end design and processes for Change defined above including the adoption and implementation of workday and additional enabling technologies and services
· Drive key decisions across key stakeholder groups
· Leading the divisional change team to create of detailed change and adoption processes
· Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at Group and Divisional level supporting in driving decisions required and enable capture of design requirements to inform set-up of the new HR solution
· Facilitate and lead, with the Transformation Partner and other project resources, process workshops/sessions
· Identify changes required to global HR policies/frameworks for CoE/policy owner to own updates
· Accountable for documentation of content inventory with documentation and knowledge articles required to support roll-out and adoption of the new HR solution for work-stream
· Managing the transition of process activity into the HR Operations Services team based on documented Service Catalogue
It would also be ideal if you had a background in training individuals, via workshops and facilitations. If you have done this, or managed teams - conducting training, while being able to analyse, design and implement training interventions.
