Bid Writer

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £34,000-38,000 (up to 30% annual bonus)

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic, highly visible, and well-respected international bid team that plays a pivotal role in sales growth and strategy for a Global Recruitment Company. Reporting to the Bid Team Lead, the role involves supporting our sales teams with the creation of winning proposals.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Working in lockstep with sales, solutions and other functions.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end process of each bid campaign
  • Full project management
  • Copy writing and editing
  • Document layout and design
  • Managing communications with stakeholders
  • Coordination of commercial offers
  • Presentation support and responding to other ad hoc business needs

Skills & Experience required:

  • Management of an intense workload with urgency, resilience and persistence
  • Strong and proactive collaborator who is willing to put forward new ideas and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to prioritise and structure workload effectively, working to and meeting strict deadlines
  • Natural self-starter; proactive and able to manage day to day workload effectively without the need for constant supervision
  • Composed, professional and diplomatic manner
  • High attention to detail / analytical skills
  • Strong and effective communicator, able to adapt their style to cultural nuances
  • Desire to learn and progress in their career, assuming more responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
