Role Title: Azure Customer Engineer - Subscriptions and Billings

Duration: 18 Months - Potential to go permanent after 18 months

Location: Remote

Rate: £35k - 50k per annum

Experis is a premium Microsoft Partner and currently working with a client who is in need of Azure Customer Engineers to support a Centre of Excellence, with a particular focus around clients Subscriptions and Billings packages, It is an amazing opportunity to be a part of an awesome team with the opportunity to work with some of the worlds big brands.

In this role you will provide consistently outstanding Billing support experiences to Enterprise customers. From problem identification to full resolution, owning the entire process and collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts.

Here is what the client is looking for in you:

  • Customers Obsessed
    * Passionate about Microsoft Azure
    * Good knowledge of the Azure Portal - Cost management and billing

Skills required:

  • Resolving complex customer Billing Issues around the several cloud technologies (Azure, SQL Azure etc)
    * Create and maintain incident management requests
    * Drive Customer communications via email, phone and support ticket systems
    * Provide quality case notes
