.Net Developer, C#, WPF, WCF, Angular.JS, iOS, Digital Banking

Fancy working for a large financial client!? You'll be contracting for one of the worlds largest and leading IT consultancies on a 3 month contract based in Canary Wharf, London. We're looking for .Net Developers with strong WPF experience. This is starting as soon as possible so apply NOW!

Technical Skills:

  • Working as a C# developer with strong technical skills and good numerical skills.
  • Working on Electronic Workflow 2.0, our flagship approvals workflow product and ReportCentre, our reporting application.
  • Working on the Digital Private Banking app server side stack.
  • Developing software according to given technical specifications.
  • Implementing fixes and enhancements.
  • Being involved in the full life cycle of a project.
  • Fulfilling team lead duties as required.
  • Playing a key part in the continued growth of the team and the direction of the future architecture of the applications.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a technical .Net developer, including recent 2 years of extensive application development and support experience.
  • Education Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree majoring in Computer Science.
  • Experienced hands-on development team lead across heterogeneous platforms..
  • Development skills : C#, Javascript, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Framework 4,4.5, WCF, WPF, Linq, Entity Framework, SQL Server, IIS
  • Interested in learning Hybrid mobile development with Angular 1.4+, iOS and Cordova
  • Experience of working with source control tools (Subversion, Source Safe, etc)
  • Desirable: Oracle, Unix scripting.
  • Experience of Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development highly desirable
  • Delivery focused and have a strong aptitude for solving problems as part of a team.
  • Fluent command of the English language
  • An interest in working within a Banking environment.
