Engineering Workshop Technician required to work within an automotive R&D team based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work on exciting, technical projects within an interesting and thriving company.
As Engineering Workshop Technician you will be responsible for setting up and managing the Workshop whilst assisting the team in machining parts and assemblies using lathes, milling machines and welding equipment. There will also be some general servicing and maintenance work required.
Health and safety, maintenance, inventories, guidance for design for manufacture (DFM) along with assembly for manufacture with metals, composites preferable and electric/wood as a bonus.
The ideal Engineering Workshop Technician candidate will come from an aerospace/automotive background and have the flexibility to work across a variety of engineering disciplines.
