Role: Workfront System Trainer

Duration: 3 months

Location: London, with some travel to Nottingham

Looking for Workfront System Trainer to help plan, prepare and conduct training courses along side the Lead trainer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop positive working relationships with all employees and departments impacted by Workfront implementation
  • Plan and prepare to conduct training; produces needed materials.
  • Create conducive environment based on delivery and content to support adult learning principles.
  • Create/maintain training environment and applicable data sets for use during training exercises.
  • Collaborate with Training Lead, Subject Matter Experts, System Administrators and Project Team to develop, create, and update training material
  • Demonstrate skills to provide examples to trainees of content taught.
  • Provide specific feedback to trainees throughout the training process on performance.
  • Provide coaching, modelling, and demonstration of specific strategies and/or activities to applicable staff.
  • Provide training and coaching to all levels on Workfront system
  • Administer assessments and/or exams provided to trainees during training.
  • Track attendee performance and reports to People & Performance Department. Follow up with leadership as needed.
  • Track relevant data for continuous quality improvement for training.
  • Track attendance in training workshops
  • Compile Training Evaluation data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in training facilitation and creation of content
  • Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Experience in applying Adult Learning Principles

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Lesson planning and excellent facilitation skills.
  • Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population.
  • A commitment to the values of the organisation while demonstrating good judgement, flexibility, patience and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Ability to flex to accommodate multiple office locations (Nottingham & London) and multiple time zones (US)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) - proficiency in Workfront is preferred
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in an exciting, fast paced high energy environment while effectively multitasking.
  • Personable; able to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organisation.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
