Wintel / Hosting Technical Specialist - Solihull - £30,000 to £45,000 DOE + Training & Development & Excellent Corporate Benefits

Messaging, MS Exchange 2013 / 2016, Office 365, Active Directory, 2012 / 2016, ADFS, Azure Group Policy, Windows Servers 2012/2016, Server Clustering, VMware, Implementation and Configuration. This is not BAU position!

The client is an established Services lead organisation with a significant history who are seeking a number of career minded, professional, ethical and confident Wintel Technical Specialists to join their Hosting team.

Based out of their offices in Solihull you will be responsible predominantly for project work relating to design build, implementation and configuration of various Wintel related technologies across a UK user base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take that next step and see a clear career path into design and then architecture while always working with the latest technology stack.

Reporting directly to the Head of Hosting, prerequisites are a calm and methodical approach to you work, a strong and professional service ethic with a natural willingness to help your IT Team, peers, colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

This is a high-level project based role and will require a consultative DNA, excellent communication skills and ideally IT Systems experience gained in and around the enterprise environment

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU WILL REQUIRE:

Messaging, MS Exchange 2013 and 2016 Office 365

  • Active Directory 2012 and 2016, ADFS Useful
  • Azure Cloud Exposure & Experience
  • Group Policy Management and configuration
  • Windows Servers 2012 and 2016, Build and Configuration
  • Windows Server Clustering
  • VMware (All versions)
  • Centralised Application Deployment
