The Role

  • Manage and develop web content for the company's brand websites and email using Sitecore range of web/customer experience products.
  • Work with marketing automation to support brand campaigns
  • Updating, editing and proofing website content. Help develop content for different audiences and platforms/channels based on positioning, key messages and brand strategy
  • Work with external/brand Design Specialists and assets to ensure a high level of website user experience and consistency.
  • Support Search Engine Optimization by keyword analysis and integration.
  • Analyse and report on content usage through website analytics. Carry out regular quality assurance checks of website content.
  • Work cross functional Team (Communications Team: Internal & External - Medical, , Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Compliance, IS Team: for technology input and support
  • Integrate channel activity with CRM and understanding of adoption conversion
  • Align closed loop product marketing detailing/edetailing into the crm platform. Experience with closed loop marketing tools an advantage

Key Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in Content Management Tools: Working knowledge of Content Management System (CMS - Sitecore.)
  • Design Skills: The ability to create pages using CSS, HTML, HTML5.
  • SEO: The ability to conduct keyword analysis and integrate keywords into copy while holding to brand standards.
  • Use of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience of using EMS Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Preferably Level 1 & Level 2 Sitecore Certification
  • Preferably CIM Marketing / Digital
