Role: Warehouse Administrator

Duration: 3 months (Likely extensions)

Location: London, Hammersmith.

Looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our fantastic, ever growing team.

This position is on-site at and involves tracking the receiving, asset tagging, scanning and the full life cycle of our purchased assets.

Main Responsibilities
* Track, scan and receive IT equipment.
* Manage incoming and outgoing shipments at designated location.
* Place asset tags on equipment and ensure it moves to the appropriate location.
* Provide inventory support and provide accurate and complete inventories.
* Effectively manage Inventory & Assets processes.
* Identify, track and resolve issues affecting the management of inventory and assets
* Processing equipment based on customer business rules for retired, transferred or salvaged items.
* Prioritise and schedule work tasks to meet service level objectives
* Address and notify management of equipment shortages, malfunctions and part number issues
* Ensure compliance with all safety and security rules and regulations
* Complete audits and asset inventory cycle counts
* Investigate errors in tracking records and documentation
* Perform other duties assigned
Requirements:
* Experienced managing IT assets inventory, shipping, receiving, and asset management controls

Skills Needed to succeed:


* Knowledge of safety and security rules and regulations
* Able to multi-task and work in a team environment
* Strong communication skills verbal and written
* Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Service Now, Warehouse and Asset Management systems
