UX/UI Designer - Financial Analysis and Trading Software

3-6 Months

Our client equips the financial community with advanced technology, data, analytics and expertise to help customers uncover opportunity and manage risk and to enable efficient global financial markets.

The successful candidate will join a key product team in a major financial information and data provider. The product set deals with the supply and management of real-time data.

That person would be working with the UX design lead and be part of the wider team comprising of Product Manager, Business Analyst and an on-shore development team.

We are looking for UX skills and interest in the management of data for large financial applications. Topics at the heart of our UX are working with data grids, data filtering, checking customer and product information and displaying complex product configurations.

  • You will be experienced in UX design and be familiar with current user-centered design approaches.
  • Worked on UX designs that share similar design challenges - products/services with lots of parameters, large sets of customers, a range of products for individual customers that need detailed management and the need to check quickly what's been provided to customers.
  • Designers who have worked in the Finance sector are of particular interest, but we recognize that many other markets face the same challenges. Applicants that have worked on public/government services, customer/product management in the Telco, Logistics and Pharma, and the supply of products through complex digital storefronts are all of great interest.
  • Willing to learn about new business/product areas and naturally curious about how users manage complex products and services.

  • The main design tool is Sketch

Suitable candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
