Fancy working with the Europe's leading Entertainment Company? Our client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their thriving team in Osterley.

Our client is a large entertainment organisation; they excite and inspire customers with leading innovations and technologies in the entertainment industry. They strive to be the best for customers and the people working for them. They are always looking for ways to improve.

You will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a UI Design role and preferably at least 1 year in UX Design
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in delivering designs that are desirable, feasible and viable
  • A portfolio with strong examples of typography, layout, colours and design principles
  • Experience working in agile development environments with Product Managers, User Researchers, Designers and Developers
  • The ability to juggle strategic and tactical work as required

You will be:

  • An advocate and practitioner of evidence-based user-centred design and data-driven decisions
  • Experienced in creating and / or working with design artefacts such as personas, storyboards and journey maps
  • Well versed in low to high fidelity prototyping tools (pen and paper, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Principle, etc.)
  • Experienced working with brand guidelines and UX/UI style guides and ensuring consistency across channels and platforms

You will also have the ability to defend design decisions with qualitative and quantitative evidence and humility to learn from others. We are looking for a strong collaborator who brings stakeholders along in their design process. The successful candidate will have the courage to question the status quo and inspire people to push boundaries.

  • Experience building design systems
  • Experience working with data and analytics
