User Researcher/ UX Researcher - user experience, lab based usability studies, guerilla testing, remote user research, surveys, ethnography, diary studies, card-sorting

Location: Osterley, West London

Duration: Initial 3 Months

Rate: £300 per day

Main responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Lead UX Research Manager, help organise and moderate UX research studies, analyse data and videos, produce research findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Present research findings confidently to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend best methods to answer UX research questions and produce research plans
  • Help champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that the customer user experience across all touchpoints is well understood, documented and communicated.
  • Help run and manage online community portal of customers utilised by the business for ascertaining insights on all aspects of a customer's TV watching experience

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in planning and conducting UX research (including lab based usability studies, guerilla testing, remote user research, surveys, ethnography, diary studies, card-sorting)
  • Experience using and analysing data through eye-tracking technology.
  • Understand the interplay between business requirements, product strategy and user experience.
  • Knowledge of UX and UI principles
  • Confident and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
  • Eye-tracking technology
  • Usability studies

Desirable Experience:

  • Passion for movies and TV shows
  • Proficient in Keynote / Mac
