UX Researcher - Central London - £55,000 - £65,000

At Experis, we have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned or a seasoned UX Researcher for a leading provider of bespoke CRM and ERP products which are used by some of the UK's leading Enterprise organisations. The organisation adopts a flexible and creative approach to it's wide range of commercial products and is now looking to expand their current team with a strategic and creative individual.

Role Details:

For us, the true user experience comprises of a product that is useful, easy to use and beautifully designed. We are looking for a hybrid designer with a mix of skills to deliver just that. We represent the new breed of consultants that bring the flair and delight to the corporate world. We work with Macbook Pros, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Axure, and the Shutterstock library. And before you ask, you are not required to wear a suit, but smart enough to leave a slick lasting "design" impression.

Our client work with some of the world's largest brands, in some of the most interesting and complex projects posed in modern IT. The Digital Solutions Unit is the largest Delivery Unit is the largest within the organisation and focuses on helping our clients achieve business value though digital transformation and the application of leading edge technologies, forward looking platforms and agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

You deliver great user experiences through interfaces that are relevant (doing the right thing), easy to use (doing it right), beautiful and on brand (appealing).

You are a designer at heart, with a keen eye for beautiful and on brand user interfaces.
Technically minded, perhaps you coded websites in HTML/CSS and responsive too. As a result you gained an appreciation of how things are built, allowing you to be at ease with developers, listening, learning, debating and articulating your design decisions.

You are equally at ease with clients and stakeholders, running workshops, gathering requirements, iterating your ideas and designs until you have achieved a good balance between technical constraints, business requirements and user needs.

This all will be done in a timely fashion, adhering to deadlines and client expectations. You will work as part of a team that is collectively responsive for delivery, challenging each other in order to make the product the best it can be. You will however be a self-starter, organised and make things happen.

This is not a developer role, but some appreciation of technology and where your design fits in the project is important. This is a role that does expect high quality interaction and graphics design coupled with optimal, delightful and easy to use interfaces.
