Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Duration: Going initial 3 months contract, with the to extend depending on the client needs
Location: Remote (might be required to work a day or two on site depending on client need/covid situation)
Daily Rate: £500 - £550 per day

What you'll do:

  • Design end-to-end digital journeys that seamlessly piece together multiple technologies
  • Support large projects and collaborate with internal and external partners across the business
  • Lead the problem solving process for bringing our brand(s) to life with distinctive and original ideas
  • Learn from and implement digital best practices on how we improve the creative output
  • Create and develop key design presentations
  • Help to maintain an efficient design delivery process, through clear communication with delivery teams and consistently delivering to schedule
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to campaign and brand guidelines
  • Inspire those around you and be collaborative in everything you do

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience with a specific focus on UI/UX design
  • A forward-thinking approach, that sees how our digital experiences can evolve
  • Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating sometimes contending business objectives into designs which meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex design concepts clearly to different delivery skill sets within the organization
  • Motion and interaction design skills to bring to life design concepts
  • The proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding attention to detail, typographic skills and visualtion skills
  • A self-starter attitude - you won't need to wait for a brief, instead you will identify problems and how they can be solved
  • Proficient with the latest tools and software such as, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe creative suite
  • German and Italian fluency a plus
