TSOT Senior On-site Technician - 6 Months - Central London

My client is looking for a Senior On-site Technician for a contract in Central London for an initial 6-month contract.The role will be based in Central London and may occasionally require travel to customer sites.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity to work with a Global customer account.
  • The role itself encompasses managing five main sites (London, Southampton, Richmond, Chiswick and Horsley Court). As a flexi engineer supporting Workplace service team within 5 sites, engineer duties will be to deal with fault calls, service requests and planned changes, VOIP telephony support, High level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the BAT Tech Deck. PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair, BAT have recently refreshed their estate to new Lenovo hardware with Windows 10 so some familiarity with supporting this OS will be desirable. This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
  • Main site will be Central London, based near Temple tube station.
  • Expenses to other sites listed above will be covered.
