  • Certified Tridion Architect
  • Microsoft Certified Developer
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • BCS Membership


  • Excellent understanding in all SDL Tridion Web technologies and methodologies
  • Deployment & Automation
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools and version control systems, such as Octopus Deploy and SVN
  • Working with DNS and Active Directory
  • Working experience in scripting (e.g. VBScript, PowerShell)
  • Excellent understanding of how clustered environment works
  • Excellent understanding of Web Technologies and Software Development
  • Excellent communication skills & collaborative style
  • Excellent understanding of Tridion MVC framework


  • Experience of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure products
  • Working in distributed teams
  • Familiarity with principles of continuous integration
  • Familiarity with Agile principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Good security knowledge and practice
  • Knowledge of Content management Systems
  • Experience with Atlassian products
  • Experience in Software Development in any programming language
  • Desire to lead and mentor more junior team members
