PERMANENT

c.£40,000 + BENEFITS

A world leading security and technology service provider who have put significant investment into their training school are looking for a knowledgeable and talented training compliance and assurance manager to join the team.

The Job

As the Compliance and Assurance Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of all elements of the Training School's compliance with internal and external delivery and policy

Providing assurance to the Delivery Lead that all training provided on the school is standardised, of the highest standard, meets all requirements of external accreditors and delivers the learning required by all customers

You will also instil a culture of best practice and continuous improvement

Ensuring that regular internal and external evaluation of teaching and learning and that the feedback is captured

Taking an overarching view of Tutor development needs, and be mentor for tutors as required will also be a key part of your role

Course Design

Data capture and analysis

Information Management

Funding draw-down and compliance

General Management

The Fit

You must hold a teaching qualification and have in-depth knowledge of OFSTED

You must have previous people management experience, managing performance reviews would be of particular interest

If you have worked in an Engineering education environment that would be beneficial but isn't essential

Also, a higher education background would also be beneficial

Working through periods of large scale transformation and helping implement change would also strengthen your application

Strong behavioural skills including confidence and coaching/mentoring skills will be essential
