Training Administrator

Up to £18,000 per annum

I recruit for a FTSE 250 Organisation who are the largest integrated education support service provider in the UK. They combine the best commercial practice with the values and principles of the public sector, working with schools, extended services, local authorities, colleges, settings, government departments and agencies to improve the life chances of children and young people.

They are currently looking to recruit a Training and Conference Administrator to Project Manage specific training and conference programmes, continually review the process of training and conference booking management and coordination and manage course publications.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Actively engage in all aspects of projects with the training stream
  • Manage customer queries effectively to identify additional revenue
  • Providing statistics measured against KPIs to measure team and individual performance
  • Identify training courses where viability and predicted income are not being achieved
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to team's development
  • Support administrators where necessary
  • Provide support, leadership and induction of administrators
  • Overview administration of the online booking system

Key Technical Skills:

  • A good general education to GCSE or NVQ level 2 or higher
  • Excellent IT skills, with both Microsoft Office and bespoke database products
  • Ability to analyse and produce financial reports
  • Customer care focused
  • A positive 'can-do' approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload & multi-task
  • Experience of co-coordinating training activities is desirable
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of the educational landscape is desirable
