Time & Attendance - Business Change Lead - WFM, Kronos Timegate
Home working and travelling involved, mainly Midlands and South.
To be suitable you must have previous experience delivering and implementing change (communications, training, effective change) - and have have worked on, have knowledge of Time and Attendance / Workforce Management systems and business processes.
You will be involved in liaising with the end users and investigating the requirements and change issues at various sites, able to work with both senior managers and staff carrying in the end user roles and maximise uptake of change, ensure business readiness for change to include training, communicates plans, nominated super users, benefits realisation and a win-win for all users migrating to upgraded systems and versions with new functionality.
Business Change and Transformation
You will be working closely with the Programme Manager, taking the organisation on a path of clear and communicated change and improvement. You will have outstanding Stakeholder skills at all levels of business from front-line staff to Board level directors. Role involves home working, site meeting and travel to London and Birmingham based Head Offices.
