Test Manager - Nottingham
We are looking for a Contact Centre Test Manager to join our client on an initial 3 - 6 month contract based in Nottingham.
This is an urgent requirement and candidates must be available to start in the next 2 -3 weeks.
- You must have at least 5 years experience as a Test Manager
- You must be a TECHNICAL tester. UAT / business testing is not suitable for this role.
The Test Manager must have good recent experience specialising in Contact Centre projects. Experience should include: Telephony, IVR, testing IVR telephony switches, Session Initiation Protocol, VOIP, IVR routing strategy testing.
All Genesys technology for contact centres.
Must have contact centre testing, telephony testing background / end to end contact centre testing experience.
Project experience must be technical testing and not business/UAT.
