Role Overview

  • A Test Manager is required to work with the test to document a test approach for a set of infrastructure solutions that shall be built using Ansible automation.
  • The Test Manager will work with the Lead Architect to define an overall test strategy and work with individual subject matter experts to validate their proposed testing approach.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Produces clear and unambiguous test plans associated with own areas of testing specialism or project that address project requirements and risks.
    * Effectively communicates test plans and/or strategies throughout project & customer teams.
    * Successfully delivers all testing activities identified in test plans within budget and timescale constraints.
    * Accountable for accurate test cases that address clearly defined requirements.
    * Accountable for test cases with an appropriate level of detail for the target audience responsible for test execution.

Key Skills Required

  • Ansible
  • Selenium, JMeter and PowerMapper.
  • Familiar with range of testing tools
  • Contribution to bids and testing standards.
  • Builds strong test teams (where accountable for test management)
