My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Test/QA & Project Manager on a initial 6 Month contract. The roles is as follows:

This position will be responsible for the execution of this quality assurance phase, this will include analysing the results on a daily basis, conducting initial root cause analysis, reporting monitoring and tracking all defects through to resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete the analysis of all parallel run transactions on a daily basis to identify any mismatches that require further investigation
  • Work with the quality assurance team to ensure all defects are captured, reported, remediated and revalidated for closure
  • Ensure quality assurance leadership are fully appraised of the current status, raising any issues or risks for prompt resolution
  • Identify improvement opportunities in our quality assurance phase to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide input into the evolution of the quality assurance phase of the program, working if required alongside colleagues in the Business and Tech to ensure tooling needs are defined, refined, built and delivered following an agile framework

Required Qualifications:

  • Quality Assurance / Testing Management experience
  • Experience of working on large programs
  • Experience delivering complex programs with an element of system development
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexities in business friendly terminology
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive outcomes
  • Flexibility in supporting various time zones, as this role supports a global initiative - primarily Phoenix, UK and possibly India
