Tender Coordinator


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tender Coordinator to work for an industry-leading company developing technology for subsea producers worldwide. Including, production, processing & control systems for maximum safety & reliability.


The Tender Coordinator provides support to Tender Management on Integrated Product and complex System tender opportunities from receipt of the ITT (invitation to tender) to handover to project execution. The incumbent will demonstrate due diligence, attention to detail and collaboration in coordinating the generation of the submission documentation issued to the customer.

This role will serve as a focal point for the team in the management of internal information and of processes such as ITT review, tender bulletins, clarification management, tender submission contents, etc. The Tender Coordinator will also take full responsibility and ownership of leading customer Requests for Information (RFI's) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).


  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is preferable.
  • Experience in bidding, tendering and/or sales is preferable.
  • Sound understanding and proven ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat/Nuance Power PDF/Foxit PhantomPDF.
  • Excellent process management and organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
  • Focused and diligent individual who has excellent attention for detail to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Proven and well developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
