Technical Support Analyst - 2nd Line

An opportunity has arisen within a leading provider of financial and legal software for a Technical Support Analyst to join their thriving London-based team that provide 2nd line support to their external client base across EMEA.

You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues remotely and on-site when requires, responding and communicating quickly and providing a professional and knowledgeable service. You will actively seek to develop relationships with customers and team mates and to apply and proactively share knowledge across teams. You will acquire and maintain knowledge of the software solutions that are offered and gain an insight into how customers can utilise and adapt software to effectively manage their business both financially and operationally.

The successful candidate will be an experienced 2nd line technical support Analyst with a sound knowledge of MS-Windows, MS SQL Server and fundamental concepts of SQL databases. You will have experience with troubleshooting and will possess excellent customer service skills. Experience supporting legal or financial software is highly desirable.

The position will offer up to £55,000 plus benefits.
