Vacancy - 1st Line Support - Up to £20,000 - Cardiff

A leading technology company is looking to add a 'Technical Support Analyst' to their thriving IT function.

Roles and Responsibilities;

  • Be a team player within an organisation that operates globally.
  • Respond to alerts via email and calls within SLA.
  • Communicate effectively with the entire organisation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Be able to handle faults and problem situations and liaises with suppliers, colleagues and customers.

Skills and Experience;

  • Solid experience within a customer facing role.
  • Strong background with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Active Directory experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently.
