Key technical experience required will include:

  • Windows PC & Windows Desktop 7 & 10 Support
  • Windows Servers 2012 & 2016
  • Mobile Devices, Laptops, Tablets and Mobile Phone Support
  • MS Active Directory, MS Window 7 & 10, MS Office 365 and SQL
  • LAN/WAN & LAN IP Addressing
  • Wi-Fi Network Administration
  • IP Telephony & VPN's
  • Helpdesk & Helpdesk Ticketing System experience

Your "Day to Day" responsibilities will involve:

  • Provide professional end user support of business applications and systems, associated services and configurations, ranging from entry level desktop support to more advanced support issues across the business (circa 150 users), with occasional travel to other sites as required
  • Administration of Windows Servers, PC's Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phone & Network Devices
  • Configure and maintain automated software deployment imaging tool to enable rapid deployment of standard build Laptops and PCs
  • Maintain IT stock levels with starter and leaver hardware collection, and assist in maintaining IT asset and license registers, and deployment of new hardware
  • Creating and disabling of user accounts for applications and active directory
  • Maintain software license inventories to assigned users
  • Administrate system backups and recovery within agreed RTO and RPO
  • Update technical document installation, configuration practices / procedures

Technology accreditations such as MCSA, MCSE are desirable but will not take precedence over solid and proven IT Infrastructure Support experience.
