This established and dynamic financial services organisation are seeking a professional, challenge orientated and career focused Technical Support Analyst to impact and add value to their in-house IT client support services.

This client environment operates in a "Microsoft House" and your skills will need to offer Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Software and other Microsoft Applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for PC Desktop, Laptop and Server Configuration, Mobile Device Management, Application Support as well as Office 365 and SharePoint Support and Administration

Day to day you will offer support to over 1,300 users in a Microsoft Data Centre therefore, yyou will need proven experience working as part of the Client Support Team as this role is pivotal but challenging, diverse and rewarding and will offer you an opportunity to grow technically.

The person required will require tenacity, patience, teamwork and the flexibility to go the extra mile and offer a 1st class customer experience.

Skills required for this role are:

  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10, Office 2016
  • Microsoft Active Directory,
  • TCP/IP and other basic networking protocols
  • Working knowledge of the solutions within the Office 365 suite including SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Skype for Business, etc.
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting

Additional requirements will include:

  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
