We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technical Service Supervisor to manage teams in the South London area.

The role
* You will manage facilities services delivery across multiple locations and depending on the area and jobs we have available this will either be within a specialisms and/or mixed trade teams.
* You will ensure buildings are maintained to the highest standards and to provide a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors; providing a customer focused, cost effective and efficient facilities support service to the NHS.
* You will lead and manage teams, ensuring they are fully competent and ensure compliance with all processes, procedures and policies.
* You will ensure organisational standards including but not limited to our Health & Safety Policy/HTMS (Health Technical Memoranda) and SFG20 also implementing new standards, leading change and managing continuous improvement.
* You will audit, troubleshoot, undertake toolbox talks and lead health & safety compliance, being responsible for the supervision, health, safety, and wellbeing of the building services team.
* You will manage planned and reactive maintenance service delivery, the distribution and prioritisation of works across critical environments; maximising resources and productivity.
* You will hold an NVQ Level 3 and/or higher BTEC/City & Guilds or equivalent and hold specialist knowledge acquired through experience or qualification
* You will have at least five years' experience working within a building's maintenance environment managing or supervising teams.
* You will also have a full UK driving licence and will need to travel across the area and to other areas/ regions.
